indicated by aberrant expression of the protein snb-1 and

on cholinergic synaptic transmission or snb-1 distribution in

paralysis, in response to acetylcholine esterase inhibition by the
drug Aldicarb, due to increased accumulation of acetylcholine in
the extracellular fluid resulting permanent contraction of body
wall muscles (PubMed:23527112). Knockout with a mec-7 heterozygous
mutant, but not a null mec-7 mutant, rescues the touch sensitivity
defect in the mec-15 single mutant (PubMed:19652181).
