in RNA capping and an RNA helicase. Methyltransferase displays a
cytoplasmic capping enzyme activity. This function is necessary

probably exhibits NTPase and RNA unwinding activities (Potential).
It also acts as a suppressor of RNA-mediated gene silencing, also
