Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with M. tuberculosis RV2623 recombinant protein of dormancy regulon.

M. tuberculosis RV2623 recombinant protein of dormancy regulon. MAbs E1 and E3 cross-react with
M. tuberculosis RV3134 recombinant protein. All MAbs recognize different epitopes.

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAb A10
IgG2a for MAb E3
IgG2b for MAb E5
IgG3 for MAb E1

MAbs are working in indirect ELISA and Western blotting.
